Requirements:
JOB PURPOSE : To model 3D structural framing and create 2D drawing.
REPORTING LINES AND INTERACTIONS:
Hierarchically reports to : Drafting Supervisor/ Department Manager
Operationally reports to: Lead Designer / Lead Engineer
Directly supervises: None
Key interactions (internally, externally):
Internally: Drafting Supervisor, Lead Designer, Lead Engineer, Engineer.
TYPICAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have:
-Recognized Diploma or Certificate.
-Maximum 1 year experience in drafting.
-Familiarity with any CAD software.
-Willingness to be in apprenticeship for a year.
-Willingness to accept a potential permanent position (with bonding for a year).
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. To model 3D structural framing.
2. To produce 2D drawings from 3D model.
3. Generate MTO & COG & weight from 3D model.
