Offshore Equipment Delivery Manager
Johor
Responsibilities:
-Focal point of contact for equipment delivery to project and any associated operational/technical/commercial matters
-Administrate the Equipment database and facilitate booking by projects
-Liaise with Region/Corporate Schedule to report any booking and resolve schedule clashes
-Interface with Ship Management Department and OSLT to prepare and coordinate the interfaces -Vessel/Equipment
-Interface with Offshore Personnel Services Department to provide the appropriate manning in operations and support the onshore maintenance with offshore technicians
-Responsible for the delivery of the Flexlay Equipment and operationally supervise AFOB Flexlay -Equipment personnel managing the integrity of the Flexlay equipment sitting in AFOB
-Responsible for delivery and integrity of any Marine equipment stored in AFOB, Batam and Singapore
-Responsible to oversee Gaylin International management of rigging database and of all Technip rigging stored at Gaylin, as well as project rigging requests and approvals.
-Interface with AFOB and Batam for all logistics associated with Marine equipment stored in DO and G1201 home bases
-Supervise the implementation and follow up of a Service Agreement between OSLT and AFOB for the maintenance services of the Flexlay equipment
-Report and consolidate any lesson learnt or shared experiences on flexilay equipment with OSLT
-Define the Equipment budget (revenue, Capex, opex) and associated forecast
-Publish the equipment rates establish recap sheets and CDI for equipment rental to projects; any modification/work and mobilisation of -Flexlay equipment are to be covered by separate quotation/CDI from AFOB
Requirements:
-5 years experience in the Subsea industry
-Degree in Engineering
-Excellent communicator
-Can develop respect
-Self starter, able to prioritise and work as part of a leadership team
-Ability to influence teams - an enthusiastic leader
