Jawatan Kosong Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbankan) KWAP September 2013 | Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) KWAP is a Pension Fund Institution established on 1 March 2007. Our main business functions are to manage contributions from the Federal Government, Statutory Bodies, Local Authorities as well as administration, management and investment of the fund in equity, fixed income securities, money market instruments and other forms of investment as permitted under the Malaysian Retirement Fund Act (Act 662).

1. BUSINESS HR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Responsibilities

Key Responsibillities

To support the HR Team in ensuring the workforce has the capability (structure, skills & knowledge, culture & mindset) to achieve the business plans.
Identify and addresses the critical needs and directions of the overall business.
Ensure that HR practices and policies are adhered to and deliver results in line with the requirements of strategic business goals.
Closely partnering with both sides ? HR Team and the respective stakeholders to ensure teamwork and collaboration and to create synergies between different groups.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related discipline from a recognized institution.
Possess 8-10 years? of relevant working experience specializing in general Human Resource, with at least 3 years at a junior managerial level.
Candidates with similar role, from financial services industry would have an added advantage.
Ability to multi-task, work independently yet a good team player are mandatories.
Highly motivated, self-starter, efficient in time management and organization skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with particular ability to communicate complex and/or sensitive information in a clear, concise, diplomatic and professional manner.
Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
