Vacancies as Admin Clerk
� Perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
� Handle incoming correspondence (telephone calls, emails, mails).
� Prepare and processes quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
� Provides update reports as required by management team.
� Support ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements :
� Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ "O" Level, or in any field.
� Proficiency in English & Malay, fluent in Chinese dialect is an added advantage.
� Computer literate especially MS Office, Excel, Word & Outlook.
� Base in USJ 1 Subang Jaya & possess own transport.
� Initiative, responsible and committed personalities.
� Salary base on experience and qualification.
� Preferably with Malaysian female.
