Leading Importer & Distributor of Tshirt and Textile Heat transfer requires a Business Development Manager to head up our sales team in Melaka and Kuala Lumpur
Reporting to the Director your role will be to generate significant increases in market share across a diverse customer base with a wide range of product lines.
Your key responsibility would be:
* To work with our sales team and customers.
* Drive performance and assist our sales team to meet sales objectives and specific targets.
* Actively market and promote our range of products, building sales and marketing plans.
* Review sales teams performance and customer satisfaction developing plans for continues improvement.
* Add value through demonstrated understanding of the market products and best sales techniques.
* Develop customer specific plans to win new business.
* A winning mentality and attitude
Training will be provided.
