Vacancies :-

1. Investment Manager
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
-Preparing analysis and reports to Management, Investment committee and Board;
-Assisting with investment submissions and liaising with Investment Committee;
-Originating new investment opportunities;
-Structure and negotiate the closure of new investments;
-Analysing, researching and building financial modeling, applying valuation methodology and determining investment risk and return;
-Supporting a dedicated deal team throughout the end to end process; and
-Post acquisition monitoring of portfolio companies.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): financial modeling, analytical capacity, excellent communicator - verbal and written, resourceful and strong time management skills, and ability to work independently within a team context.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
