The American Association of Malaysia (AAM) is a non-profit community service organization of Americans and persons of other nationalities with ties to the American community. While involved with the local and international community, the primary purpose of the AAM is to serve as a means for members to keep in touch with American ideals and traditions. The AAM is a link to home while overseas and has been in existence since 1961 and has a current membership of three hundred families.
1. ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Responsibilities:
-Candidate is responsible for the administrative work of AAM enquiries, membership, collection, events and merchandize. Coordinate and administer the KL American advertisers. Provide clerical support to the General Manager and Board of Directors.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level in any field.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Candidates MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Access.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Good command of English.
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
-Full-Time position available.
We prefer non-muslim applicants as the hired candidate will have to handle non-halal food and liquor/alcoholic drinks for the guest from time to time.
