EXECUTIVE LOGISTIC
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

Responsible in ensuring Logistic Department KOPETRO Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd (KTTSB) with combination of KTT Kuala Lumpur & KTT Kerteh to achieve the sales target by planning, implementing and monitoring the operation system of the Logistics in accordance with the established policies and procedures that has been established by the company in line with the industry practices.

Liaise with panel workshop in obtaining qoutations for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled breakdown activities, price comparison and to decide which workshop to be appointed to execute the maintenance and repair works. Conduct regular survey on survey on prices of spare parts and accessories (such as battery, lights, fuse, belting etc) in order to reduce maintenance cost hence cost saving to the company.

Enhance the existing products and implement the new products to the existing and new cutomers by involving in the sales, marketing, customers service, website and advertisement (electronic media and newspapers) activities in line with the approved budget and business plan set by the Board of Directors.

Ensure all subordinate comply with the rules and regulations as established by the industry standard, accomplish assignment given, handle bus condition in road worthiness, report any maintenance issues and provide excellent service in order to ensure our customer satisfied with our services.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
