Responsibilities
- Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties, personal and company matters.
- To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports all call screening, travel arragement, handling private and confidential matters.
- To maintain a systematic filling system and safe keeping of important documents.
- To do data search from website.
Requirements
- Posses own transport
- Posses excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Matured, pleasant personality, self-motivated, multi tasking and able to work independently.
- Posses strong work ethics, responsibility.
- Flexible working hours, willing to perform occasional duties outside normal working hours.
